Fees & limits
One percentage on payments that actually confirm on-chain. No onboarding invoice, no monthly plan, no charge for the API or the webhooks — and every limit on this page is read live from the gateway.
Flat rate on every successful transaction — the same for every merchant, with no volume tiers and no hidden markups.
One line item, and you can see how it was calculated.
The rate lives on your merchant, travels with every transaction and shows up in the API response — so your accounting never has to guess.
One rate for every merchant
Everyone pays the same 0.7%. It is stored on the merchant, visible in the panel and returned on each transaction as payment_fee_percent.
Buyer-side or merchant-side
Flip one switch to decide who absorbs the fee. Pass it on and the invoice is grossed up so your order is credited in full; keep it and it comes out of your settlement.
Rate locked at creation
The crypto amount is calculated once, when the invoice is opened, and never recalculated while it is live. A price swing mid-checkout cannot leave you short.
Shortfall tolerance
Set how much of a shortfall you are willing to accept. Inside that margin the payment still clears and your share is recomputed from what actually landed, instead of the order failing over a few cents.
Every state is readable
Pending, confirmed, overpaid, expired and cancelled are all exposed through the status endpoint and the webhook, so you charge your customer on the same signal we do.
Nothing on failed invoices
An invoice that expires unpaid or gets cancelled before any transfer costs you nothing. Fees only exist where value actually moved.
A $100 order at 0.7%, both ways.
Same order, same rate — the only difference is which side of the checkout the fee sits on.
- Order value$100.00
- Buyer sends$100.70
- Fee taken from the buyer$0.70
- Credited to you$100.00
Your revenue matches the order exactly, which keeps invoices and bookkeeping clean.
- Order value$100.00
- Buyer sends$100.00
- Fee taken from you$0.70
- Credited to you$99.30
The buyer pays the round number they expected, which usually converts better on consumer checkouts.
Getting paid out is not a separate product.
There is no payout commission and no withdrawal queue. Your balance leaves for your own wallet as soon as it is worth moving.
Automatic
Cross the minimum settlement amount for a network and the transfer is triggered for you, usually landing in under a minute.
Your keys
You declare the destination address per coin and network when the merchant is created. We never ask for a private key.
Chain cost only
The only deduction on a payout is the network fee the chain itself charges to move the funds. VisualPay adds nothing on top of it.
No holding period
Your balance is not parked for review, and there is no manual request form standing between a confirmed payment and your wallet.
Live limits for every network we settle on.
Amounts are shown in USD and read straight from the gateway, so this list stays in step with whatever is actually enabled right now.

Pricing questions, answered plainly.
What merchants ask before they commit to a rate.
One thing only: a flat 0.7% of each payment that actually gets confirmed on-chain. The same rate applies to every merchant. It is stored on your merchant, shown in your merchant details in the panel and returned on every transaction as payment_fee_percent, so you can reconcile it yourself. Nothing is billed for creating an account, opening a merchant, calling the API, receiving webhooks or leaving a merchant idle.
Yes, and it is a single switch on the merchant. With the fee passed to the buyer, VisualPay grosses up the amount before generating the invoice, so the buyer sends slightly more and your order is credited in full. With the fee kept on your side, the buyer sends exactly the order amount and the fee is deducted from what settles to you. You can change this per merchant at any time.
Settlement is automatic and there is no separate payout commission. Once the balance on a coin passes the minimum settlement amount for that network, the funds are pushed to the wallet address you declared for it, normally within a minute. You never file a withdrawal request, and VisualPay never parks your balance waiting for approval.
Yes. The rate is captured the moment the transaction is created, and the crypto amount the buyer must send is stored and never recalculated while the invoice is open. A price move during checkout cannot leave you short. If nothing arrives inside the payment window the invoice simply expires at no cost.
No. Fees exist only where value moved. An invoice that expires unpaid, or one the buyer cancels before sending anything, is closed with no charge at all. You are also free to create as many invoices as your traffic needs.
No. There is no onboarding charge, no subscription tier to unlock features, no per-merchant seat cost and no monthly floor you have to reach. A merchant that processes nothing in a month is billed nothing for that month.
You never pay a network fee to receive a payment, because the buyer is the one broadcasting the transfer to the address we generate. A network fee is only involved when your balance is settled out to your own wallet, and it is deducted from that settlement at whatever the chain charges at that moment. VisualPay adds no margin on top of it.
Because the cost of moving value differs per chain. On a cheap network a two dollar order is still economical to receive and settle, while on a congested one the transfer cost would eat most of it. The minimum is set per coin and network so that small orders stay viable where the chain allows it, and every value in the table is expressed in USD.
Each merchant has a tolerance setting for shortfalls. If the buyer sends slightly less than required and the gap is inside your tolerance, the payment is still accepted and your share is recalculated from the amount that actually arrived, so a few cents of rounding does not cost you the order. If the buyer sends more than required, the payment is accepted and recorded as an overpayment rather than being rejected.
Yes. VisualPay charges a flat 0.7% on every successful payment, with no volume tiers, no setup discount and no custom quote process. What you see on this page is the rate that lands on your merchant when you open it.
