1. About these Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the VisualPay website, marketing pages, merchant panel, documentation and any related online properties we operate (the “Sites”). They sit alongside our Terms of Service, which cover the payment gateway itself. If the two conflict on a payment-service topic, the Terms of Service control.

By visiting or using the Sites you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, leave the Sites.

2. Permitted use

You may browse public pages, create an account if eligible, and use the panel and documentation for their intended purpose: evaluating and operating VisualPay merchants. You may not use the Sites in any way that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful to VisualPay, other users or third parties.

3. Accounts and access

Some areas of the Sites require an account. You must keep your credentials and two-factor authentication secure. Notify us promptly if you believe an unauthorised person has accessed your account. We may refuse, suspend or reclaim usernames or accounts that impersonate others or violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

Without limitation, you must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Sites, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Probe, scan, overload or interfere with the Sites, APIs or rate limits except through documented merchant API use.
  • Upload malware, or post content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property.
  • Scrape, harvest or bulk-export content, pricing or user data except via official APIs we provide to you.
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with VisualPay or use our marks without permission.
  • Use the Sites to facilitate activity prohibited by our AML Policy.

5. Content on the Sites

Marketing copy, FAQs, docs and examples are for general information. Features, coins, networks and fees can change. Always rely on the live panel, the currencies list and the API reference for operational details. Code samples are provided without warranty.

If you submit feedback, ideas or support messages, you grant VisualPay a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that material to operate and improve the Service. You still own your feedback; we are not obliged to treat it as confidential unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Third-party links and tools

The Sites may link to wallets, explorers, social networks, Cloudflare Turnstile, analytics or other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. VisualPay is not responsible for third-party content or outages.

7. Intellectual property

The Sites, including text, layout, logos, graphics and software, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them except for normal browser use or as we expressly allow. “VisualPay” and related marks are ours.

8. Privacy

Use of the Sites is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect (including security checks such as Turnstile) and why.

9. Availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Sites at any time. We do not guarantee that the Sites will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, or that defects will be corrected immediately.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Sites are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisualPay disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Our liability arising from the Sites is limited as described in the Terms of Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use by posting a new version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Sites after that date is acceptance of the revised terms.
